TEACHING BEGINNERS 

The grass root level of education is infact the Primary Level.Its a hard task to set the new comers in right track. But its not impossible. Teachers need Skill, confidence, patience, consistency, innovative ideas, lenientness,co-operative, sincere, punctual, dutiful, simple to know the psychological instinct of a child. Teacher should n't try to put lesson directly in student's brain. It would be a wrong way in the course we are discussing. He/ she is to vigilantly deal with any student from his/her psychological point of view. Its a fact that a teacher having lots of knowledge in different fields and contents but if he/she is unable to transfer the same in convincing manner then can't claim to be a perfect teacher. The following tips may help a teacher experiencing a better way teaching the beginners.

TIPS TO IMPROVE TEACHING SKILLS IN PRIMARY LEVEL

There some essential tips to improve our Teaching Skills specially in primary level. From my point of view they may be the following ones- Have a glance-

1. A  PUPIL FRIENDLY OR LENIENT

2. WELL VERSED, MANNER, AFFECTIONATE, CONSIDERATE, LOVING

3. ATTENDING TO PUPIL'S QUERIES

4.FOLLOWING PLAY WAY METHODS OF TEACHING 

5. USING PUPILS' FRIENDLY TEACHING LEARNING MATERIALS

6. SUMMON STUDENTS FOR CREATIVITY LEARNING ON TEXTUAL TOPICS

7. STRESS ON STORY TELLING TO AROUSE INTEREST ON STUDENTS TOWARDS LEARNING TOPICAL THEME

8. CREATE HOMELY ATMOSPHERE IN CLASS ROOM DURING LESSON DELIVERY

9. DON'T USE HUMILIATORY WORDS AGAINST ANY STUDENTS AT THE PRESENCE OF OTHER STUDENTS

10. MAINTAIN IMPERSIALITY IN SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

11. USE OF RELEVANT AND APPEALING TLM FOR BOTH TEXTUAL AND CURRICULAR LEARNING.

PRIMARY EDUCATION:  Its infact a challenging job to educate beginners. At grassroot level developing skills and inculcating knowledge to learners is not an easy process.It takes lots of energy and inovative ideas to coupe with the raw brain of beginners. Psychological traits with mental tendency of students plays a vital role before teachers to deal with them.
